This past weekend I went on my first camping trip! My fiancé convinced me it would be fun and I was up for the challenge! I was also in charge of the food 🙂 So I knew I had to bring something that was portable, that wouldn’t spoil and that would sustain us so we could do all the activities that we wanted to. So for breakfast I decided to make Cinnamon Coconut Sweet Quinoa Breakfast Porridge!
Usually when we think of cozy, warming breakfast options, especially in Fall when the leaves are changing and the weather starts getting cooler, we automatically turn to oatmeal.
